By using Quiet Quest, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Using Quiet Quest

You may use the free version of Quiet Quest in your classroom, at home, or anywhere else, for as long as you like.

Quiet Quest Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase for one teacher. Your license key unlocks Pro on up to 3 computers you use.
• Please don't share or post your license key. Keys used on too many computers stop working.
• If a purchase is refunded or disputed, the key stops working and the app switches back to the free version. Your class's gold and items are not deleted.
• Purchases are processed by Gumroad and are also covered by Gumroad's terms.

Class gold

Gold, creatures, worlds, and items inside Quiet Quest are pretend. They are earned by being quiet, they have no cash value, and they can't be bought with real money or traded.

Ownership and copying

Quiet Quest™, including its name, logo, characters, artwork, music, website and code, was made for Quiet Quest and is protected by copyright and trademark law to the fullest extent the law allows. All rights are reserved.

• Please don't copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the app, its characters or artwork, or a modified version of it.
• Please don't use the Quiet Quest name or a confusingly similar name for another product.
• Screenshots and short videos of Quiet Quest running in your classroom are welcome, for example to share with families or other teachers.

How Quiet Quest is made

Quiet Quest was designed by a classroom teacher and built with the help of AI tools. Its characters, worlds and music were created for Quiet Quest and are not copied from any other game or product.

A classroom tool, not a babysitter

Quiet Quest is a fun way to help a class notice its own volume. It doesn't replace adult supervision or your own judgment.

No guarantees

Quiet Quest is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we aren't responsible for losses from using it, including lost progress. Use the backup feature to keep a copy of your classes.

Changes

We may update Quiet Quest and these terms over time. If the terms change, the date at the top will change too.
